Who We Are

Debbie Wilkes
Founder & Partner
Since 1974 Debbie has been educating and supporting students with disabilities. She created a Person-Centered Transition Assessment that has been embraced by districts and families throughout Texas. She promotes individuals to be self-advocates and helps them redefine the word disability so that they learn that their “dis” need not get in way with their ABILITIES. She is a state-wide expert regarding transition and provides direction on using person-centered thinking to create innovative programming to help individuals and their families realize a positive vision and create an action plan for the future.

Kelsey Ceniceros
Partner and Transition Specialist
Kelsey decided to pursue a life of working with individuals with disabilities when she was a freshman in high school. She became an assistant in a special education classroom, where she found her purpose. After getting her degree in Family and Consumer Sciences Education with an emphasis in Special Education from Kansas State, she moved to Texas. In 2011, Kelsey began pursuing her passion of supporting individuals with disabilities in various areas, including teaching, creating curriculum and program development for residential and dayhab settings. Through these experiences she has learned to navigate the maze of federal and state services to support people with disabilities.
